TENCEL™ Lyocell

We use two different types of TENCEL™ Lyocell fabrics in our products.
Garments that require stretch are made from jersey-knit fabric consisting of 93% TENCEL™ Lyocell and 7% elastane. This fabric is knitted in Estonia, with the original fibres sourced from Indonesia.
It is Lenzing-certified.
Due to the elastane content, this fabric is not compostable – but it ensures stable quality and durability, which are essential for these products.

Other items – like the Kunsu scrunchie and Wilhelmiine dress – are made from 100% TENCEL™ Lyocell, certified by OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.

Care instructions:

  • Machine wash inside out on a gentle cycle at up to 30°C
  • Avoid excessive wringing or stretching when wet
  • Use a detergent free from bleach and fabric softeners
  • Do not dry in direct sunlight to prevent fading
  • Do not tumble dry due to 12–18% potential shrinkage and fabric wear
  • Iron inside out on low temperature

With mindful care, your garment will serve you beautifully for a long time. 🌿

Packaging

We keep our packaging as minimal and sustainable as possible. Each product comes with a tag made from 100% recycled paper, certified with Blue Angel, FSC® Recycled and EU Ecolabel. The tag is attached using a cotton string and a reusable safety pin. For shipping, we use Releaf bags made from naturally fallen leaves. Our logo is hand-stamped on each bag when needed.

Fabric leftovers

Thanks to our small-scale production and thoughtfully designed items, we’re able to use up most of our fabric leftovers. Larger scraps are turned into smaller products – like the Kunsu crown. Tiny pieces are repurposed into new materials, and leftover thread snippets will one day become jewellery. Got an idea for how to use small textile pieces? Get in touch – we’d love to explore creative ways together.
