The owner of the online store Ultramariin.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is OÜ Ultramariin (registry code 14353593), located at Hermanni 3-9, Tallinn 10121, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. Prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the respective products. The price is subject to an additional fee for delivery. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided directly in the Online Store next to the respective product.

Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total amount due will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or other payment solution.
The contract takes effect once the payment is received in the Online Store’s account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to unavailability or other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia and EU countries. Delivery to other European countries may be arranged by agreement. The buyer bears the cost of shipping, which is displayed next to the selected shipping method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 working days from the effective date of the sales agreement. For deliveries outside Estonia, the delivery time is 21 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods, as permitted for testing products in a physical store.

If the goods are used for purposes other than necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functionality, or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods. To return goods, a withdrawal statement from the purchase must be submitted using the form found here: withdrawal statement, and sent to the email address within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except when the reason for return is that the item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the statement or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

The Online Store will refund all amounts received from the buyer under the contract immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.
The Online Store may withhold refunds until it has received the goods back or until the buyer provides proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the additional cost exceeding the standard delivery fee.

The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale and demand the return of goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store was mistakenly listed significantly below the market price.

Right to Claim
The Online Store is responsible for goods sold to the buyer that are non-conforming or defective at the time of delivery, which becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery. For the first six months after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s responsibility to disprove this presumption.

The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an email to lis@ultramariin.ee The Online Store is not responsible for defects arising after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If goods purchased from the Online Store are defective for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all amounts paid under the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to a consumer complaint in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses personal data provided by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email, and bank details) solely for processing the order and delivering the goods. Personal data is shared with delivery service providers for the purpose of delivering the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email only if the buyer has expressed consent by providing their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct mail communications.

The buyer can unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or following the instructions included in the email.

Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should send them by email to lis@ultramariin.ee or call +372 5750 2137.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer may contact the Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee. The procedure and application process are available here. The Committee has jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the Committee is free of charge.
